This information was supplied by The Bereavement Midwife at Sountend Hospital Amanda Cushing
We now have a very local group – Snowdrops which had their first meeting last week (February 2025) – they meet at Earls Hall Church in Hobleythick lane. The ladies who run this are lovely.
There is also Forget me nots in Laindon and Essex Sands in South Woodham Ferrers.
I have attached the posters for the groups I have in the Butterfly suite.
There is also online peer support available from
https://www.achingarms.co.uk/support-for-you/supporting-arms.aspx Aching Arms – this is for any gestation and they have a special one for dads – you can have support calls, video calls and meetings.
https://cradlecharity.org/connected/ CRADLE connected have weekly online support group using Zoom
Hope this helps the lady, you can always give her my work number if she wants to chat or message me
Kind regards
Amanda
